Payment

We accept card payments through our and online payment gateway - SagePay.

Payments are authenticated at the time of ordering and will show as pending on your account. We authorise the payment (move it from your bank to ours) at the point we dispatch the package. We cannot authorise more than the value of your basket. Authenticated payments can stay on your account for 90 days.

Out of stock order

If there is a problem with availability of a product, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available. We will automatically cancel the order if the item will not be available within 30 days. All orders are accepted as subject to availability. Your card will not be debited until we dispatch your order.

There are several delivery services available, these are shown in the checkout page. An estimated delivery time is also given. It may, however, take up to 30 days to receive your order in some circumstances, but we will let you know if this is the case. 

We currently do NOT offer next day delivery. 

If your order is time sensitive please let us know by adding a comment during the checkout process. We will try our best to get your order to you on time. Please select priority delivery. 

Priority Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver the package the next working day after dispatch. 

Standard Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 aim to deliver the package the 2 working days after dispatch. 

None of the delivery services we use guarantee delivery times. Delivery times for international deliveries vary depending on the destination country.

Royal Mail consider a package missing if it has not arrived at its destination after 15 working days (M-F) in the UK, longer for international deliveries. We are unable to replace or refund missing packages until the courier declares them officially lost.

Returns

If we send you the wrong item or the item we send you is faulty we will correct the error as soon as possible. Please email us in the first instance before returning the goods. We will only refund the postage costs when the error is ours and we have instructed that you return the goods.

We follow to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to safeguard you when buying items via post, telephone or on the Internet. You have the legal right to cancel your order for most items within 14 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised and tailor-made products. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing (or via email) within 14 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us at your expense. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.

Items that are 'custom made' to order are only returnable if they are faulty. So please make sure you choose the correct size. If in doubt give us a call 07513 877264

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team 07513 877264

Please do NOT return goods without contacting us first. We only refund carriage if we have requested you return the items. 

Contract

The contract begins when we dispatch the goods to you. You can cancel the contact any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods. Once the goods are dispatched you become responsible for the cost of returning them. 

Accuracy of information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published in error, including prices and promotions.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guides for clarification.
