Delivery

We send all packages via a Royal Mail Tracked or Sign for Service.

Standard items: Sent within 1–2 working days.
Custom items: Usually take 7–14 working days to create.
Framing: Can take up to 21 days during busy periods.
If you need something for a specific presentation date, please let us know in the products comments box.

We send your tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready for dispatch. However, the link will not show any updates until the carrier (Royal Mail) collects the item from us and scans it into their system. This usually happens within 24 hours of you receiving the email.

We are open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours. We are closed at weekends and on bank holidays. Other leave dates will be published.

Yes, we deliver to all UK camps and BFPO addresses via Royal Mail. Please make sure to include your full Unit and Sub-unit details when you check out so your package reaches the correct post room. Check the BFPO Numbers List to find the correct postcode.

Affirmative. For personalised items where necessary, a digital proof will be sent to your WhatsApp or email. We only start making the item once you have confirmed that the spelling, dates, and details are correct.

To ensure a high-quality finish, please provide high-resolution files (JPG or PNG). If you have a vector file, even better. If the quality is “sub-standard” and likely to result in a poor-quality product, we will contact you before proceeding with the job and discuss options.

Returns

Yes. While we hope you are satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on standard, non-personalised items. For a full breakdown of how to proceed, including the specific rules for bespoke products, please refer to our Returns Policy page.

Provide Evidence
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send clear photographic evidence of the fault or the incorrect item via WhatsApp or email.

Await Instruction
Do not return any goods without contacting us first. We will review your photos and provide the correct return address. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund based on the photos alone.

Package Your Return
If a return is required, you must take reasonable care of the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use beyond what is reasonable for initial inspection.

Shipping & Costs
Standard Items (Change of Mind): You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will only refund postage costs if the error is ours and we have specifically instructed you to return the goods.

Refund or Replacement
Once the item is received at the workshop and checked that it is still in a saleable condition, we will process your replacement or refund as a priority.

If your package is damaged, please take photos of the box and the item as soon as possible. Email them to us at mail@garrisonpri.co.uk or send them via WhatsApp 07513 877 264. Do not send the item back until we have reviewed the photos and given you instructions. You must notify the us within 14 days.

No. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned if you change your mind. We only offer returns or replacements if the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

In accordance with UK Consumer Law, the “14-day cooling-off period” does not apply to items made to your specific specifications or personalised. Once a custom item is manufactured, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. This includes any garment that has a unit badge.
