Contract
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has cleared.
Payment
We accept card payments via Stripe (taken immediately) and Bank Transfers. For bank transfers, production will only commence once funds have cleared in our account.
Bespoke Orders
You are responsible for the accuracy of all customisation details (names, ranks, dates, etc.). Once production has started or a digital proof has been approved, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Accuracy
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your monitor settings. All sizes and measurements are approximate.
Errors
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information, pricing, or promotions have been published in error.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, arising from the use of this website or our products.
